Systems
Systems is a workspace-level catalogue of tools and platforms referenced across processes.
A process step can reference a system to show where the work is performed or supported.
Add a system
Section titled “Add a system”Open Systems and choose Add System.
Provide:
- name;
- optional description.
Search systems
Section titled “Search systems”Use the search field to filter the catalogue by name or description.
Each system card shows how many process steps currently reference that system.
Rename a system
Section titled “Rename a system”Editing a used system propagates the renamed reference into existing process steps.
Delete a system
Section titled “Delete a system”A system can only be deleted when no active process step still references it.
Replace its existing usage before deleting it.
