Formal versions preserve meaningful process snapshots as a process moves through review and approval.

Version history

Governance lists formal versions with their:

• version number;
• status;
• change summary;
• creation or approval time.

Submitting a process for review creates the formal snapshot used by the governance flow.

Compare versions

Where version comparison is available, choose two different versions and run the comparison.

The comparison focuses on structural step changes and reports changed rows rather than repeating unchanged steps.
