Process Management
Process Management is the workspace administration view for managing saved processes beyond normal mapping and documentation.
Open it from the Process Library using Manage processes.
Find processes
Section titled “Find processes”Process Management supports:
- search;
- Active processes;
- Archived processes;
- All processes.
The table shows process name, status, folder, last update and lifecycle state.
Who can manage processes?
Section titled “Who can manage processes?”Workspace Owners and Admins receive the administrative process actions.
Other roles can see the management view in read-only form.
Lifecycle actions
Section titled “Lifecycle actions”Administrative actions include archiving and restoring processes.
Archiving removes a process from the normal active Process Library while keeping it recoverable.
Restoring returns an archived process to the active library.
Permanent deletion
Section titled “Permanent deletion”Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
Oroko requires the process name to be entered as confirmation before all process data is permanently deleted.
Process access
Section titled “Process access”Process Management can assign explicit process access to workspace members.
Available process roles are:
- Viewer
- Standard
- Editor
- Reviewer
Where no explicit assignment exists, workspace permissions apply.
Governance status
Section titled “Governance status”Process Management also exposes the formal review state.
Pending versions can be approved or returned for changes where the signed-in user has the required permission. Approved processes remain locked until a new draft is created.
