Process Management

Process Management is the workspace administration view for managing saved processes beyond normal mapping and documentation.

Open it from the Process Library using Manage processes.

Process Management supports:

  • search;
  • Active processes;
  • Archived processes;
  • All processes.

The table shows process name, status, folder, last update and lifecycle state.

Workspace Owners and Admins receive the administrative process actions.

Other roles can see the management view in read-only form.

Administrative actions include archiving and restoring processes.

Archiving removes a process from the normal active Process Library while keeping it recoverable.

Restoring returns an archived process to the active library.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone.

Oroko requires the process name to be entered as confirmation before all process data is permanently deleted.

Process Management can assign explicit process access to workspace members.

Available process roles are:

  • Viewer
  • Standard
  • Editor
  • Reviewer

Where no explicit assignment exists, workspace permissions apply.

Process Management also exposes the formal review state.

Pending versions can be approved or returned for changes where the signed-in user has the required permission. Approved processes remain locked until a new draft is created.
