Share a process
Oroko can create read-only share links for people outside the workspace.
A process must be saved before a share link can be created.
Create a share link
Section titled “Create a share link”Open Share for the process and provide:
- an optional link label;
- an optional expiry date and time.
Choose Create share link.
Oroko returns the complete link once, when it is created. Copy it at that point.
What recipients can see
Section titled “What recipients can see”The shared process page is read-only.
Depending on the share configuration returned by Oroko, the recipient can view the process as a Canvas, Procedure, or both.
The shared view can include process variants and shared step information such as:
- description;
- role;
- system;
- duration;
- inputs;
- outputs;
- documents;
- notes.
Manage existing links
Section titled “Manage existing links”The Share manager lists existing links and shows whether each link:
- has no expiry;
- has an expiry time;
- has been revoked.
For security, existing entries show only a token hint rather than the full token.
Revoke a link
Section titled “Revoke a link”Choose Revoke for an active share link to make it unavailable.
