Is Oroko a workflow automation tool?

No. Oroko maps and documents processes. It helps teams understand how work is performed and governed; it does not need to execute each process step.

What is the difference between Map and Procedure?

Map is the visual process flow.

Procedure is the step-by-step operating guide generated from the process structure.

What is the difference between Current State and Future State?

Current State documents how work operates today.

Future State describes a proposed way of working. They are stored as separate process variants.

What is the difference between a process variant and a version?

A variant represents a different state or form of the process, such as Current State or Future State.

A version is a formal snapshot preserved over time through governance.

Can I share a process with somebody who is not in my workspace?

Yes. Oroko supports read-only share links for external viewers.

Can a shared viewer edit the process?

No. The shared process page is read-only.

Can I reuse a process structure?

Yes. Use the Template Library to start new processes from reusable structures.

Can I move a process between folders?

Yes. Change its folder from Process Details or the workspace folder manager.

Can I import and export process data?

Yes. Oroko supports its canonical JSON process document format.
