Is Oroko a workflow automation tool?
Section titled “Is Oroko a workflow automation tool?”No. Oroko maps and documents processes. It helps teams understand how work is performed and governed; it does not need to execute each process step.
What is the difference between Map and Procedure?

Procedure is the step-by-step operating guide generated from the process structure.
What is the difference between Current State and Future State?
Section titled “What is the difference between Current State and Future State?”Current State documents how work operates today.
Future State describes a proposed way of working. They are stored as separate process variants.
What is the difference between a process variant and a version?
Section titled “What is the difference between a process variant and a version?”A variant represents a different state or form of the process, such as Current State or Future State.
A version is a formal snapshot preserved over time through governance.
Can I share a process with somebody who is not in my workspace?

Can a shared viewer edit the process?

Can I reuse a process structure?

Can I move a process between folders?

Can I import and export process data?
