Annotations
Annotations attach analysis context directly to a process step.
They are useful when an issue, requirement or question belongs to a specific point in the flow.
Common annotation types
Section titled “Common annotation types”Oroko currently uses annotation types including:
- Pain Point
- Requirement
- Open Question
- Assumption
- Dependency
Where annotations appear
Section titled “Where annotations appear”Annotations remain attached to their process step.
They can also be surfaced together in the Analysis view so the team can review findings across the selected process state.
On the map, steps with annotations can show annotation indicators.
Edit an annotation
Section titled “Edit an annotation”Select the relevant process step and use the annotation’s Edit action.
Update the annotation text and save the change.
Delete an annotation
Section titled “Delete an annotation”Use Delete on the annotation and confirm the action.
Deleting the annotation removes that finding from the step and from the Analysis view.
