Roadmap
The Roadmap is a workspace planning view for connecting improvement initiatives to the process work behind them.
Workspace vision
Section titled “Workspace vision”A roadmap can include a workspace vision statement describing the outcome the roadmap should move towards.
Roadmap items
Section titled “Roadmap items”A roadmap item can capture:
- title;
- description;
- item type;
- horizon;
- status;
- priority;
- owner;
- linked process;
- target date;
- target period;
- expected outcome;
- notes.
Horizons
Section titled “Horizons”Roadmap items are organised into:
- Now
- Next
- Later
- Completed
Statuses
Section titled “Statuses”The current roadmap statuses are:
- Proposed
- Planned
- In progress
- Complete
Link process work
Section titled “Link process work”A roadmap item can be linked to an Oroko process so an improvement initiative remains connected to the process being changed.
