Review and approval
Oroko provides a formal review flow for saved processes.
Who can submit for review?
Section titled “Who can submit for review?”A process can be submitted by:
- workspace Owner;
- workspace Admin;
- workspace Editor;
- process Editor;
- process Standard member.
Submission is not available when the process is already Under Review or Approved.
Submit a process
Section titled “Submit a process”When the saved process is ready, choose Submit current process for review from Governance, or use the available status action.
Oroko creates a formal version snapshot and moves the process into review.
Who can review?
Section titled “Who can review?”A review decision can be made by:
- workspace Owner;
- workspace Admin;
- process Reviewer.
Separation of duties
Section titled “Separation of duties”The person who submitted a pending version cannot approve that same version.
If you submitted the version yourself, another eligible Reviewer, Owner or Admin must make the decision.
Approve
Section titled “Approve”Choosing Approve version records the approval and moves the process to Approved.
Approved process content is locked. Start a new draft before editing it again.
Request changes
Section titled “Request changes”Choose Request changes when the submitted version should not be approved yet.
A review comment can be provided to explain the requested changes.
