Oroko Help

Oroko helps teams map, document and govern how work gets done.

A process can combine a visual Map with supporting Procedure, Process Details, Analysis, versions and governance information. Work is organised inside a workspace, where teams can also maintain reusable templates, roles, systems, folders and roadmap items.

If you are new to Oroko:

  1. Open the Process Library.
  2. Create a process or start from a template.
  3. Build the process in Map.
  4. Add step details, roles, systems and annotations where they help explain the work.
  5. Use Procedure, Process Details and Analysis for the supporting documentation.
  6. Use Governance when the process is ready for formal review and approval.

Create read-only process links for people outside the workspace and revoke them when they are no longer needed.
